So many women spend their lives taking care of everyone and everything around them while slowly losing connection with themselves.
We learn to override what our bodies are telling us. Question our intuition. Push through exhaustion. Silence what we really want to say. Soften our boundaries. Put pleasure, rest and our own needs somewhere near the bottom of the list.
And after a while, it can become difficult to even hear yourself underneath all the noise.
This intimate women’s retreat in Ontario gives you four days and three nights to step outside of those demands and come back into relationship with yourself.
To slow down enough to hear your own inner knowing. To reconnect with your body and sensuality. To explore what feels true for you now. To learn to trust yourself more deeply, speak your truth and hold powerful boundaries.
You’ll be nourished, supported and held in an intimate circle of women, with space to explore, release, rest, connect and remember parts of yourself you may have lost touch with along the way.
Reconnect with your body. Reclaim your sensuality. Remember the wise woman within.
Come on your own or come with a friend.

Reconnect with your body and learn how to listen to her
Awaken your intuition and trust your inner wise woman
Deepen your relationship with yourself
Reconnect with your sensuality
Learn to speak your truth and hold powerful boundaries
Release what you’re ready to leave behind
Cultivate deeper self-trust
Feel more connected, embodied and alive

This retreat isn’t about adding more information to your head.
It’s about creating experiences that help you step out of the noise of everyday life, reconnect with your body and begin listening to what has been there all along.

Explore practices designed to bring you out of your head and back into relationship with your body, sensuality and pleasure. You’ll be invited to slow down, notice what you feel and begin listening more deeply to your body’s yes, no, desires and boundaries.
(Your own yoni egg is included as a gift to use throughout the retreat and take home with you)
Guided breathwork and emotional release experiences create space to move what you may have been carrying, holding in or pushing through. Rather than having to analyze everything, you’ll have opportunities to let the body lead, release and create space for something new.
Learn practices that support you in slowing down, becoming more present and recognizing what safety and groundedness feel like in your own body. These are tools you can continue returning to long after the retreat is over.
Through meditation, embodiment, reflection and guided experiences, you’ll have space to turn down the outside noise and listen inward. Not for someone else to tell you what you need, but to strengthen your ability to hear, trust and honour your own inner knowing.
Explore what it feels like to listen to your truth, express what you need and hold boundaries without abandoning yourself. You’ll be invited to notice where you may have learned to silence, soften or second-guess yourself and begin practicing another way.
Intentional ritual and ceremony create space to pause, reflect, honour what you’re ready to release and consciously choose what you want to carry forward.
Allow yourself to receive. Guided meditation and sound create an opportunity to soften, integrate and simply be without needing to accomplish anything.
Experience what can happen when women gather without competition, performance or needing to have it all together. There will be opportunities for meaningful connection, laughter, vulnerability and being witnessed exactly as you are.
Space to rest. Space to feel. Space to listen. Space to laugh. Space to sit beside the lake, soak in the hot tub, warm yourself in the sauna, gather around the fire or do absolutely nothing for a while.
Everything is invitational. You are encouraged to honour your body, your boundaries and your own pace throughout the retreat.

Phoenix Rising Retreats is our private five-acre lakeside sanctuary in North Kawartha, Ontario, surrounded by forest, water and wildlife.
There is something different that happens when you step away from your everyday environment and give yourself permission to disappear into nature for a few days.
Wake to the stillness of the lake and the sounds of the forest. Watch deer wander through the property. Step outside beneath a sky filled with stars. Soak in the hot tub, warm yourself beside the fire or take in the lake views from our wood-fired sauna.
There are quiet places throughout the property to curl up with a cup of tea, journal, sit beside the water, walk through the forest or simply be alone with yourself for a while.
Because the property is private, your group has the space to settle in, exhale and make this place home for the retreat.
It’s a place designed for both connection and solitude. For gathering together and slipping away when you need space. For doing the deeper work and having somewhere beautiful to land afterward.
Located in North Kawartha, Ontario, just under two hours from Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Mornings tend to be slower and grounding, giving you time to arrive in your body and ease into the day. Afternoons move into deeper transformational work balanced with spacious breaks, while evenings may include gentle, grounding experiences designed to help you settle into the night, along with time to unwind, connect and enjoy the beauty of the property.

"Roberto and Kim have built a retreat that truly feels like a breath of fresh air.
Your circumstances may have you arriving feeling defeated and broken, but it’s a guarantee you’ll be leaving with your glass fuller than when you arrived, and aware of the cracks in the walls that you have built in your relationship - cracks you’re ready to work away at, removing them brick by brick to build a stronger foundation.
Kudos to Roberto and Kim for creating a safe space that genuinely feels like a new beginning."

“Prior to working with Kim, I was craving a deeper connection to my body. When women talked about ‘what my body wanted,’ I had no idea what they were talking about.
During the program I felt safe and supported in exploring my connection to my body, to sensuality, to pleasure. I have a stronger connection to my own body and I listen to her more than I ever have.
Kim has a grounding energy that makes it easy to open up to.
I am so grateful I made this investment in myself.”
~ Taryn Weil
“Before working with Kim, I was feeling a bit lost and had a lot of doubt. I needed direction and support. I kept feeling drawn back to working with her.
During the course of the program, I definitely felt supported. I learned how to ask for exactly what I needed. I had moments of hiding and moments of reemerging, all held in the same sacred space.
Towards the end of our journey, I had a huge energy shift of taking my power back and a huge reclamation of my Goddess.
Kim is authentic, holds safe space, has experience in many different areas, and consistently prioritizes pleasure. It’s been an adventure, and it’s one that I highly recommend for anyone looking for a reclamation.”
~ Elizabeth Petersen
"Kim and Roberto are real people sharing real experiences, while creating space for us to come to our own realizations, shared goals, and desires.
As a 57-year-old first-time retreat attendee and self-avowed skeptic, this experience was more than worthwhile. It awakened things I had forgotten about myself, and reminded me of the importance of our relationship, our connection, and our shared goals.
Thank you both."
~ randy
"Roberto and Kim welcome you into their home with open arms and genuine grace.
They are both a wealth of knowledge and create an experience that is comfortable, interactive, and deeply meaningful.
Their teaching style and the heartfelt connection they bring to their work is truly something to experience."

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
This retreat is for women who are ready to step away from everyday demands and reconnect with their bodies, sensuality, intuition and inner wisdom. You do not need any previous retreat, Tantra or embodiment experience to participate.
Our retreats are intentionally kept small and intimate, with up to 10 women during the winter and up to 12 women during the spring, summer and fall.
With limited spaces available, we recommend reserving your spot early.
Some of the retreat experiences explore sensuality, embodiment and sacred sexuality within the group setting, but you will never be required to expose your body or do anything that feels outside your boundaries.
For the few practices where removing clothing may be an option, there are always ways to remain clothed or covered while still fully participating. Blankets and sarongs are provided, and you’re also welcome to bring your own.
The hot tub and wood-fired sauna are clothing-optional spaces during the retreat. You may wear a bathing suit, be nude or choose whatever feels comfortable for you.
Everything is invitational. Your body, your boundaries and your choice will always be honoured.
Sacred sexuality is explored as a pathway back into relationship with your own body, sensuality, desires, boundaries, pleasure and inner wisdom.
The focus is on your connection with yourself, not sexual activity with other participants.
No. No previous experience is required. Everything will be introduced and guided throughout the retreat, allowing you to explore each experience at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you.
That’s a completely valid concern. Walking into a retreat on your own, especially when you don’t know anyone, can feel vulnerable.
Many women arrive on their own, and you don’t need to be outgoing or immediately comfortable in a group to belong here. While beautiful connections often form when women gather together, this retreat is ultimately about your relationship with yourself.
This is your inner work, your opportunity to reconnect with your body, listen to your own inner knowing and explore what feels true for you.
You don’t need to make friends quickly, perform or show up in any particular way. Come exactly as you are, take the space you need and move through the experience at a pace that feels right for you.
Not at all. There is always another layer to explore when we work with the body, sensuality, desire and inner wisdom. Many of these practices are ones we can return to again and again, meeting ourselves differently each time.
Even a familiar practice can reveal something completely new depending on where you are in your life, what you’re holding and what your body is ready to show you. The invitation isn’t about how advanced you are, but how deeply you’re willing to meet yourself in this experience.
There may be opportunities to partner with another woman for certain experiences, including breathwork or connection practices, but participation is always your choice.
All experiences are guided with clear consent and boundaries. You have full sovereignty over your body and participation, and your consent will be honoured throughout the retreat.
No. Sharing is always invitational. You are welcome to participate in a way that honours your own comfort, boundaries and experience.
Respect, consent and personal boundaries are foundational to the retreat, with clear agreements established at the beginning. Concerns will be addressed directly and appropriately.
Serious misconduct, including harassment, discrimination, intimidation, aggression, unwanted physical or sexual contact, or repeated disregard for clearly communicated boundaries, may result in being asked to leave the retreat.
No. Kimberly leads the women’s retreat, and Roberto does not participate in the studio or women’s sessions.
He supports the retreat behind the scenes, helping care for the property, sauna, fires, outdoor spaces and practical needs throughout your stay.
If you’re coming with a friend and would like to room together, simply let us know when you register or send us a quick email, and we’ll happily match you together.
Coming on your own? Before the retreat, we’ll ask a few questions to get to know you and your preferences, and we’ll thoughtfully match roommates to the best of our ability.
